The UN-Water Decade Programme on Capacity Development (UNW-DPC) is located in Bonn and is hosted along with several others by the United Nations University (UNU). In addition, the organization is part of a larger worldwide network of organizations called UN-Water.

Since UNW-DPC is an office that is linked to both programmes, it would like to change its existing website at www.unwater.unu.edu to match the styles, colours and fonts shown in the UN-Water and UNU-VIE websites linked above. In addition to its normal website, UNW-DPC is creating a repository of information using MYSQL that should have the same look and feel as the other pages which can be viewed at http://www.unwater.unu.edu/repository/.

This new website (including the repository) should be ready to launch and be presented to the administrative body at the annual UN-Water meeting in early February 2010. Therefore, UNW-DPC is seeking service for website design. The in-house ICT team will be handling content, programming, CMS, etc. of the new website, however, professional design companies/designers are needed to provide a style sheet for the look and feel of their pages.
