The IHDP Secretariat (UNU-IHDP) is currently inviting young scholars to take part in a scientific writing contest for a new magazine, to be published in late fall 2011. The first issue will focus on the human dimensions of the Green Economy and societal transformations and will be directed towards a wider audience, including non-scientists interested in the topic. Upon expiry of the submission deadline, the Secretariat will select five winners to be awarded a cash prize - and will publish their work in this first issue. Cash prizes will be as follows:
*Employees
of
the IHDP Secretariat (UNU-IHDP) and their dependents are excluded from
entry. No recourse to legal action is permitted. UNU-IHDP reserves the
right to award a smaller number of articles, depending on accordance
with the selection criteria.
